the visiting public. The primary interface is a
series of user-contributed word-associations.
The public is
given a large measure of control over the content of Blurbbs.
Unlike most bulletin board systems that assert editorial privileges and
authority, the Blurbbs minimizes such
oversight.
The resulting discourse may be offensive, chaotic, and unpredictable.
Nevertheless, it provides another standard for hyper-textual free-speech
which may be worth evaluating.
